Do I have to be home at the time of delivery?
Certainly not. In today’s fast paced world who has time to stay home and wait for anything to be delivered? All you have to do is leave your empty water bottles out in a place accessible to your service person and they will take care of exchanging those empties for full, refreshing bottles of Puritan Springs Water.

How do I know when my next delivery will be?
When you first begin delivery service, you will receive a pink postcard in the mail that tells you when your first delivery will take place based on the day your service person serves your area. After that your delivery will on the same day of the week every 4 weeks. There is a notation on your billing statement that reminds you of your next 4 scheduled delivery dates. If you delivery date happens to fall on a holiday your service person will advise you on your delivery prior to the holiday of the date he has rescheduled your delivery for that holiday.

Can I pay my delivery service person when he makes my delivery?
Your service person would be happy to accept your payment while they are there. Your delivery person will accept cash or a check.

What options are available for paying my bill?
We accept cash or credit/debit cards that carry the VISA, MasterCard, or Discover logos. These credit/debit cards can be used to pay by phone, or for your convenience you can request that will automatically charge your credit/debit card each billing. Of course, you can always pay by check when you receive your bill by mailing it to the remittance address listed on your billing statement.
