Installation

When you have decided to install a water softening system from Puritan Springs, we want you to have as easy of an installation process as possible. When one of our technicians comes to your home to install your water softener, you can expect the following:

1. Our friendly technician will come to your home to introduce themselves.
2. The technician will prepare the area.
3. Installation of your water softening system.
4. Our technician will test your water to make sure that everything is working properly.

The entire process will only take between two and three hours. We will schedule the installation for a day and time that works with your schedule; we will come to your home while you are there, or we can schedule arrangements to install it while you are out of your house. Once we are finished, our technician will give you careful instructions for the maintenance of your system.
